Poised, graceful, fearless and intelligent

On August 20, 2014 the spirit of our beloved teacher left the transient human form. His teaching lives in all of us who practice sincerely. With endless gratitude to BKS Iyengar for giving us all the means to live life with dignity and freedom.

As I watch these videos I am constantly struck by his mastery of his practice. As Guruji would say “may the light of Yoga shine on you all”.
