Saturdays 11:15 am-12:45 pm, Basic 2-Intermediate 1 “Bridge Class”
(On ONLY the last Saturday of every month, the class time shifts to 11:30 am-12:45 pm.
Saturdays 8-9 am, “Relief from Back Pain.” A simple class and very user friendly for anyone, but specifically for those with sore backs. Philosophical approach to practice is emphasized.
Saturdays 9:30-11 am, “Basic 2”. For students with some experience in yoga. This class has a faster moving pace and is more vigorous than Basic 1. Emphasis is on providing a solid foundation in the basic standing poses and is fun and challenging.
This class is every Saturday at 9:30-11am (Hawaii time). This class is cancelled on the last Saturday of the month.
Last Saturday of each month 9:15-11:15am,”Progressing Class.” This class is open to progressing Iyengar yoga students. The class will move towards more complex intermediate asanas which are introduced in a systematic and effective way. Students with physical limitations will learn how to modify the practice so that all students will benefit.
This class is a great way to expand into the subtle aspects of Yog, using techniques which unify mind, body and breath.
