Talks on Yoga and Philosophy

We are reading and discussing the Bhagavad Gita, starting with the second chapter. If you would like an invitation to join the live Zoom class please contact us.
We recommend that you start by reading any translation of the second chapter of the Gita. It is quite simple to read. There is no need to read any commentary so that you can form your own understanding before introducing further explanations.
We hope you all enjoy learning the wisdom imparted by this important text.
Below you find previous talks. We recommend that you listen to them before proceeding as they introduce important philosophical knowledge in a simple way.
As each talk is completed the recording will be added below. I hope you can attend in person and participate in the discussion and ask questions.
