I am interested in finding a beginner class for my 13 year old daughter. The kids class description is 5 to 11 year olds. Would you have any suggestions for me? Thank you, Joy

She’s in that in between age! She could try the kids class. If that seems too young for her she can come to the Basic 2 classes. I have a teenager in my class and he likes it and does well. Hope this helps, Ray

My daughter is 4 but she does yoga at preschool and at home. Could we come and give it a try?

      Hi Yuri,
Four may be a little young for the class, however, I have forwarded your inquiry to the teacher. She will get back to you via email. Thanks for your interest.
      Ray

I’d like to bring my son to this class, is it a drop off or do parents need to attend also?

    -L.

If your son is between the ages of 5-11 you are welcome to drop him off at the studio (class runs from 4:15-5:00 on Tuesday afternoons), parents do not stay for the class.
