All Classes Cancelled

Due to the spread of COVID-19, all classes at IYH are cancelled until further notice. Please check the website regularly as we will post updates as the situation evolves.
We have launched an online yoga page with videos specifically designed for our students. The video library will continue to grow as we will be adding content regularly.
There is also a page with our recommendations on how to purchase props. This is a time to develop a home practice with our guidance and support.
We are thinking of you all, and send you our love and gratitude for your many good wishes to us.
Please do your best to keep well and keep up your practice using the online videos.
We are all going through this together and I fear that hard times are ahead.
